As founder and CEO of iQuest, Cornelius has had a central role in shaping the company´s vision and direction. During the last 15 years, he has built iQuest into a robust player in the software services market with a strong international client portfolio and an exceptional talent pool. Along the way he helped establish a powerful company culture based on excellence, commitment and trust.
Before founding iQuest, Cornelius worked as a management consultant for Gemini Consulting (Cap Gemini Group), his last position being Managing Director, Romania.
Cornelius holds a Master of Sciences degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University in Cluj, Romania and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Thomas Wittig
Co-Chief Executive Officer
As a partner, Co-CEO and member of the executive leadership team, Thomas is responsible for strategic growth initiatives and advancing iQuest’s quality leadership and delivery capabilities.
Prior to joining iQuest in January 2013, Thomas held executive leadership positions in companies such as Microsoft Corporation, SAP AG and worked with high -growth companies.
Thomas holds a degree from the Technical University of Munich and is an alumnus of executive education and leadership programmes at INSEAD, Wharton Executive School, and MCE, as well as system dynamics modelling at WPI.

Octav Chicinas
Chief Technology Officer
As a partner and Chief Technology Officer, for the last 10 years, Octav has helped streamline company processes, while shaping quality and technology policies, as well as contributing to business development. He has also played a major role in establishing and developing a strong company culture.
Before joining iQuest, he worked for IKEA IT for more than 13 years, where he held a number of senior technical and managerial positions.
Octav holds a Master of Computer Sciences degree from the Technical University in Cluj, Romania.
“I came to iQuest for what it was at that time, in terms of people, company culture and results, and also for what I believed iQuest would become”, says Octav. “Today, I feel that we have a great potential to further extend and enhance our role of IT provider of quality solutions and services.”
Thierry Malbrancke
Chief Financial Officer
Thierry joined iQuest in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer.
Thierry Malbrancke has gained extensive and strong international experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management. He held senior executive positions at Nestle in France, Hungary and Germany for 35 years.
Thierry has a degree in Economics from the University of Nanterre France and a degree in Business Administration Institute Paris.
