Jürgen has been entrusted with the role of sole CEO as of January 2015, after joining the executive leadership team as Co-CEO in January 2014. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives, while also providing leadership vision in maintaining a strong company culture.
Prior to joining iQuest, Jürgen has held senior executive management positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Sicap AG, Senior Vice President of business development, marketing and sales at Siemens IT Services, Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of consulting at Oracle Deutschland, and Chief Executive Officer at Sony Germany. In addition, he is a founding partner of Enterpriser, an IT consulting company in Germany.
Jürgen holds a degree in Mathematics, a teaching Degree in Mathematics and Physics and a Master of Science in Management from MIT.

Cătălin Pitiș is General Manager Finance, responsible for organising, monitoring and controlling the financial activities in iQuest.
Cătălin joined iQuest in 2002 and has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. He has held senior leadership positions, including Area Manager of C++ Solutions and Head of Telecom Business Unit.
Cătălin holds degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania, and he has graduated the Executive MBA Programme from ASEBUSS, Bucharest.

As a General Manager, Andrei’s main responsibility is the business development of the Life Sciences industry sector of iQuest. Together with Marius Luca and Dan Tușaliu, Andrei drives the overall strategy implementation and organizational development of the Software Services Business Unit.
Andrei joined iQuest in 2003, and has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with a solid background in software engineering. Prior to his General Manager role, Andrei held several leadership positions in iQuest, including that of Project Manager, Key Account Manager, and Head of the Microsoft Solutions.
Andrei holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and he has also obtained professional certifications in Project Management, Leadership, and Organizational Development. He has graduated the Executive MBA Programme at ESCP Europe Paris.

Dan Tuşaliu serves as General Manager of the Software Services Business Unit in iQuest. Within this unit, Dan is responsible for financial and delivery management and for organizing and maintaining the Account Management community.
Dan joined iQuest in 2013 and has held positions of increased responsibility as Site Manager for the iQuest Craiova Office and as Client Executive for Global Corporations. He has in-depth knowledge of IT services and solutions, with over 14 years of practical experience in the software industry, working in roles such as Business Development Director and Chief Marketing Officer.
He has a degree in Software Engineering and a master’s degree in Distributed Systems Engineering, both from the University of Craiova. He also worked at the University of Craiova for over 10 years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science.

Marius Pâtea joined iQuest in 2002, and serves as General Manager of the company’s Products Division. In this capacity, he sets the strategy lines for products that expand the iQuest portfolio, while also overseeing business development and partner agreements.
Marius has over 15 years’ experience in delivering complex IT projects from technical and managerial positions. Before becoming General Manager, he held senior leadership positions at iQuest, including Head of C++ Solutions and Head of Telecom Business Unit. He was also instrumental in designing one of iQuest’s first mobile identity management products.
Marius holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania and has graduated the Executive MBA Program from ASEBUSS, Bucharest.

Marius Luca serves as General Manager of the Named Accounts Business Unit in iQuest. Within this unit, Marius is responsible for strategic development, market positioning, organization management and business development.
Marius joined iQuest in 2003 and has over 14 years of experience in several technical and managerial positions, with a strong software engineering background. Prior to his role as General Manager, Marius held several leadership positions in the company, including that of Project Manager, and Head of Mobile Solutions.

Claudiu Anghel joined the General Management of iQuest in December 2016 as a General Manager of the People & Data Unit in iQuest. In this role, Claudiu is responsible for People processes such as Career Management, Learning, Compensation, and Recruitment.
Claudiu has been part of the iQuest team since 2002 and has over 15 years of experience in addition to a strong software engineering background. Prior to his role as General Manager, Claudiu held several leadership positions in the company, including that of Head of Java Solutions Practice and Project Manager, managing large teams in delivering software solutions for domains such as Airline and Railway.
Claudiu Anghel has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Computer Science, both from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.

As General Manager of People & Data, László Nagy is responsible for business information systems and governance of people processes.
László joined iQuest in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and computer networks, running complex technical projects and managerial positions across iQuest and previous software companies. László is one of the founders of the Brașov branch and prior to his role as General Manager, he held several leadership positions in the company, including that of Project Manager, Information Security Officer, and Business Support Systems Manager.
László holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Transilvania University of Brașov.
